1. Modules Support Policy
1.1. Zensolutions s.r.o. offers 6 month of free support from the purchase date for every extension legally purchased from Zensolutions website. Support team shall provide to Customer, without any additional charge, all reasonably necessary written consultation requested, in connection with use and operation of an Zensolutions module or any problems therewith, within the above-stated period of time.
1.2. Zensolutions support team reserves the right to ignore any appeals or requests that do no comply with the present conditions.
2. Product Upgrades
2.1. All further versions and upgrades of an Zensolutions module that Customer is utilizing shall be available for separate purchase only.
2.2. Zensolutions s.r.o. does not incur any liability for untimely notification of new versions and upgrades for purchased Zensolutions modules.
3. Product Bug-fixing
3.1. Customer is entitled to report any bugs experienced while using an Zensolutions module. Bugs reported within a period of 6 months from the Zensolutions module purchase date shall be fixed at the earliest possible date and be available for installation by all Customers who possess a valid and effective License for the original module. Zensolutions s.r.o. is accountable to promptly inform all Customers who hold legal License about availability of the fixed version of the Zensolutions module.
3.2. It is solely Customer's obligation to obtain and install the new corrected Zensolutions module after being notified.
4. Refunds
4.1. Customer may demand a refund for any Zensolutions module within a 30-day period from the date of purchase. Any clarification of Customer's refund claim within the 15-days period is optional.
4.2. Zensolutions s.r.o. will check the compliance of all License information before resolving money refund issue.
4.3. Zensolutions s.r.o. reserves the right to deny money refund claimed within the stated period if Customer's License info is incomplete and/or incorrect. Refund requests submitted after the expiration of the 15 days period shall not be accepted. Refunds of money charged for custom installation service shall not be issued.
5. Confidentiality
5.1. Each party agrees that it shall not disclose to any third party any information concerning the customers, trade secrets, methods, processes or procedures or any other confidential, financial or business information of the other party which it learns during the course of its performance of this Agreement without the prior written consent of such other party. This obligation shall survive the cancellation or other termination of this Agreement or License.
5.2. Zensolutions modules contain trade secrets and proprietary know-how that belong to Zensolutions s.r.o. and it is being made available to Licensee in strict confidence.
